Q: My washing machine is full and will not start
You may have had someone use your washing machine who is not familiar with its operation. Hence you find it full of water but not working.
Solution Try advancing to Spin Cycle so that the water can drain and the cycles can start fresh again. Sounds simple however many people mistake this as a problem with the machine when it may have been turned off mid cycle. -
Q: My Appliance will not start
Check the power switch is not turned on at the wall.
Solution Unplug the machine from the wall. Wait 60 seconds, plug back in and turn the power back on again.
There could be a problem with the power supply.
Solution Try plugging another electrical appliance into the power outlet. -
Q: The Dishes are not cleaning properly
Check if the dishwasher is overloaded.
Solution Remove some of the dishes if overloaded. Ensure the spray arms can rotate freely and remove food scraps from dishes before loading.
Check if the spray arm holes are blocked. Solution Remove the spray arms, rinse under tap water and replace. If holes are clogged use a brush or toothpick to remove blockages. -
Q: The dishwasher is not draining
Check the drain hose is not bent or kinked.
Solution Straighten the hose to allow water flow. -
Q: A puddle is appearing under the washing machine
Splashing may have occured because the water level is too high for the amount of garments in the washing machine.
Solution Manually select a lower water level.
